Relish Works is a food service innovation hub in Chicago, IL. We worked with their team to create the Next Gen Operator microsite, which covers the shifts and challenges in the restaurant industry. Together with their team, we pinpointed the most important practices for operators in a post-pandemic restaurant industry.

MEET THE NEXT GEN OPERATOR

Restaurant owners and operators faced unprecedented obstacles during the pandemic, which led to lengthy discussions about where they saw the industry heading in the future. We were tasked with helping tell that story in a compelling, supportive, and innovative way.
